The annurca apple is a typical product of our Campania, it is considered the & quot; Queen of apples & quot ;. in our orchards we harvest from September to October, and then place the apples on the so-called & quot; melai & quot ;, here begins the ripening phase, called & quot; reddening & quot ;, which involves the exposure of the fruits for about 10-15 days, the apples are frequently turned by hand until they reach the typical color of the annurca apple. we offer our extra jam with addition of cinnamon. Ideal for breakfast and perfect to accompany cold cuts and cheeses. the ingredients used are: Campana Annurca apple, sugar, cinnamon and lemon.
