Beer produced with artisanal method, high fermentation, unfiltered nor pasteurized. NThe light sediment present is ̀ the result of the natural and traditional refermentation process in the bottle. Complex and elegant taste, typical banana aftertaste.
Perfect with spicy dishes, medium-aged and blue cheeses, soups and cold cuts.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
