É a complex wine, the intense bouquet of floral scents of elderberry and acacia is completed with notes of white and yellow pulp fruit, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, but at the same time structured and glycerine . Kleopatra is obtained from the vinification with light maceration of only Falanghina grapes grown in the surroundings of Monte Massico. The wine ferments with its own total lees in terracotta amphora, where it also carries out the malolactic fermentation in a natural way and remains in refinement without decanting for about 10 months. Kleopatra is our interpretation of the white Falerno, from the 2018 harvest.
Food matching: A more elaborate and tasty p ò pairing perfectly with seafood, with soft cheeses typical of the Massico area as well as savory first courses based on white meat sauce.
