Fresh but still structured wine, of good aromatic complexity. Pink color with coppery reflections, it is characterized by hints of red berries accompanied by notes of white pulp fruit and nuances of broom and rose. Petals Our interpretation of the rosé from Primitivo, obtained from the white vinification of grapes grown in our vineyards and harvested slightly in advance. Observations: it is a fresh but nonetheless structured wine, of good aromatic complexity, with a pink color with coppery reflections, è characterized by hints of red berries accompanied by notes of white pulp fruit.
Pairings: very versatile wine, it goes well with seafood appetizers, cured meats, cheeses and first courses. accompanies a tasty margherita pizza or fish-based pizzas.
