Beer produced with artisanal method, high fermentation, unfiltered nor pasteurized. NThe light sediment is the result of the natural and traditional refermentation process in the bottle. Dark color, with a structured and velvety body. NAroma intoxicating with coffee ̀ and licorice. Excellent with game (venison or wild boar) or with dry pastries and cream or dark chocolate desserts.
