Beer produced with artisanal method, high fermentation, unfiltered nor pasteurized. NThe light sediment is the result of the natural and traditional refermentation process in the bottle. NAll the nose caramelized notes meet the aromas of the undergrowth. On the palate, notes of toffee blend with a bitter aftertaste.
Good match with red and grilled meats, game and aged cheeses.
We recommend serving it in a large tulip-shaped glass, at a temperature of 10- 12 °C.
